Inglewood Estate Wines
2009 Shiraz
This 11 year old wine is fresh and crisp with notes of raspberry and pepper. It was made to suit the palate of our youngest daughter, Elise, who prefers intense fruit with less oak.
The wine has been matured with very low sulphur additions, using good acid management to keep its freshness.
Elise was also responsible for the design of the label.
2009 is a wine of the terroir of the rolling hills of Inglewood which is reflected in this label.
This is Elise’s favourite tipple.
2009 will continue to improve for at least another 5 years.
