2016 Shiraz
Inglewood Estate produces single vineyard wines that are not blended and are affected by the season in the vineyard.
In 2016 the growing season was drier than usual in winter, wet in mid-summer and very dry in the late summer. This produced a rich, fruity, complex wine with soft tannins, but with herbaceous influences on the palate.
2016 is a big Shiraz reflecting the terroir of the rolling Adelaide Hills.
This is Colleen's favourite tipple and will cellar well for a least another 10 years.
